The layout for this card is from a book called Simply Beautiful Greeting Cards By Heidi Boyd. First start by punching a circle in your patterned paper and card base then position 16 holes 1/8" (3mm) from the edge of the circle. After all your holes are punched take your needle and thread and knot the end. Starting on the back side of your patterned paper push the needle and thread through a hole to the front and make a long stitch across the circle to the hole on the opposite side. Continue stitching around the circle until stitches have been made between each pair of punched holes. Now after that is done cut a new length of thread and tie one end in a knot around the center of the web threads. Loosely weave the the needle in and out of the web threads to make a total of four concentric circles. After you have weaved your thread around four times let the end of your trail out the bottom of the web and add a sequin/ sticker spider. I also added one in the web. When all your stitching in done you can add a piece of vellum to the back of the web and then glue it to the base of your card so you don't see any of the stitching. I hope this isn't to hard to follow!
