This card is pretty easy to make but it did take some time stitching on the sequins and beads. First I started with a 4 1/2" x 7" piece of patterned paper and I stitched it to my neon green card base. ( 5" x 7") After I stitched the patterned paper on I cut out the two stars I wanted to use. On the smaller star I stamped my "Have A Wonderful Birthday" sentiment and then I distressed around the edges of the larger star. Before I stitched on the sequins and beads I placed the star on the front of the card where I wanted it to be. With the star where I wanted it to be I took a pencil and drew little dots to create the two swirls. After I was happy with the swirls in pencil I went back and poked holes. After your holes are poked you just take your needle and thread and stitch on your sequins and beads. Last but not least I rounded the corners of the card.
